2010 Graphic & Media graduate scoops prize at this year’s Print Futures Awards

2010 BA Graphic and Media Design graduate Paul Jenkins has been chosen as one of the five winners of this year’s Print Futures Awards. The awards, hosted last week, saw Paul collect a cheque for £2,500 having been picked as one of the stand out winners from what was “an extremely high standard of entries” according to Dale Wallis, BPIF Membership Director and member of the judging panel.

Print Futures Awards, now in their seventh year, was set up to help young people fund their training for a career in the UK printing and graphic arts industries and is available to those aged 16-30 years who are resident in the UK.

Paul who by his own admission “eats, sleeps and breathes print design” graduated from LCC earlier this year and has completed design internships in both Berlin (with Pentagram) and Tokyo (with Wieden+Kennedy Tokyo) as well as a major project with Nike.
